Standout Beauty Studio is seeking an Advanced Laser Hair Removal Specialist with extensive experience in laser technologies and customized treatment protocols.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional capable of delivering safe, results-driven treatments across a diverse client base.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced laser hair removal treatments using IPL, Alexandrite, Diode, and Nd:YAG technologies

  • Customize treatment parameters based on skin type, hair type, and medical considerations

  • Conduct detailed client consultations and create long-term treatment plans

  • Safely treat a wide range of skin tones, including sensitive and darker skin types

  • Work with clients experiencing hormonally-driven hair growth (including PCOS-related cases)

  • Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and long-term results

  • Maintain strict safety protocols and equipment standards

  • Support client retention through high-quality service and consistent results

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in laser hair removal (advanced level preferred)

  • Certification as a Laser Technician (Master certification considered a strong asset)

  • Hands-on experience with multiple laser systems (IPL, Alexandrite, Diode, Nd:YAG)

  • Strong understanding of hair growth cycles and treatment planning

  • Proven ability to treat all skin types safely and effectively

  • Experience with hormonally-driven hair conditions (e.g., PCOS) is an asset

  • Excellent communication and consultation skills

  • Strong client service and retention mindset
